working again

Well, I'm back at work, and all caught up. There was a load of work to be done when I got back, but I got it all sorted now and I have nothing to work on at the given moment. I'm sure a salesperson will be in here momentarily to give me something to do. that is pretty much how it's been going today. As soon as I start doing something that does envolve the paper someone walks into the office with so little 2 minute job for me to do. Not that I mind, it makes me feel better for still sticking around for the hours if I actually do stuff. AND if I stay on top of everything then maybe I can get out of here early on Friday so I can get on the road earlier. I'm heading up to Atlanta for DragonCon. (check the banner page for a link to their web site if you are not familair. Been sleeping like pooh the last couple nights, and now my back hurts. But I have been having some creative work done. I'm about to go and rearrange the wallpapers, to make up for the fact that they are not all Doctor Who related.

Genuine Ye Olde Vacation

So I'm in Oregon on vacation at the moment. Nathan lost his first tooth yesterday, and was upset when the tooth fairy took it away. He wanted to keep it. Over on the board, me and a few other girls got in a little trouble. Seems we were having private conversations on the threads, going off topic and generally making others feel unwelcome. Or so we were told. A bunch of threads got locked by the admins, one girl left the board, and we all feel a little weary about what we can and can't post. Honestly, I don't know how we made people feel unwelcome. I was not originally part of said conversations, I just threw myself into it whether the rest of them liked it or not ;) . Not that they seemed upset at all, welcoming more like. Which is why I don't understand. Okay, we may have gone off topic and were chatting a bit all of which would be a no no. And I don't blame the admins for what they did, it's what they are there for. So when I get back to work the day after tommorrow, I'll be the only onethere most days, and may be light on work most days as well. So I have decided to teach myself Dreamweaver. They have it on the computers at work so I think I'll have time to play with it.And this site will be my guinea pig! So if things go all wonky, that is why. Maybe I'll get a book from the library, Dreamweaver for Dummies or something.

So this morning I ran by the post office and sent off my letter & SASE to David Tennant in hopes of getting a autograph back to add to my collection. Of course, knowing the USPS and the fact that it is being sent off Internationally, I feel I will be lucky to recieve anything before Christmas. Here's hoping it gets there at all.

Just another day in the life

So just another Sunday, sundays are boring! Watched Stolen Earth last night on SciFi ( not my first time), and making loads of new wallpapers ( go check'em out). Other then that just trolling the board and relaxing. Found a new show. Well, new to me. Spaced with Simon Pegg, love him! So funny. Nathan has his first loose tooth, and Mike has gone off to buy us new cell phone, which we desperatly need as my is about to crap out on me any day now. I don't know what kind he got me yet, just that it's green ( my choice).

So I think I have updated the site as much as I think it's needed at this point. Cleaned up the extra files and unneeded stuff and bad links, as well as some new Doctor Who realted Sigs and Avatars, as well as some wallpapers. Everyone over at david-tennant.com seem to love them. I would like to take the opportunity to till all those lovely girls from Team Tennant a hearty hello, just in case any of them stop by here.

it's been four years since I've updated. A bit slack on my part I admit. But now I am back with a brand new obsession. With Buffy and Angel off the air my personal geek has thrown in with the Whovians! And with David Tennant helming the TARDIS, who can really blame me. Now Buffy has not been forgotten, I've been reading the season eight comic books, which are VERY good, and i have been keeping up with D. Boreanaz over on Bones too. But Who is where it is at. There will be new addition all over the site to note these recent changes. Enjoy, or not. I don't really care, heehee.

October 28 2003- If you haven't noticed it's been awhile since I last posted. The new season of Angel startedthis month and so far things look good, except for the Spike/Fred ship thing that's going on. I can't wait for the Halloween episode thid week. Otherwise motherhood seems to have taken over my life. I know that's pretty much what's suppoused to happen, and I am happy about it. He is so cute. Unfortunitly I don't really have the time to post regularly, so I thinkthis might be the end of the diary. I'm going to leave the site up for now, and maybe post any big news, but for the most part this site isn't going to be updated very often I think.

June 27, 2003 - Wow it's been a whole month since I was on here last. Time sure does fly when you're not getting full nights of sleep. Ah the joys of motherhood. What we have learned so far ; Diaper Rash sucks, it's amazing what a big noise can come out of a small body, sleep is a crutch. Yeah that about covers it. I did find some time to put up a bunch of new photos of my bundle of joy over on his page. Feel free to check it out. I was going to watch a new show tonight called Dead Like Me, unfortunitly we don't get Showtime, oh well. Hopefully it will suck, and I won't feel so bad for not being able to watch it. Also started work on a new wallpaper today, If you haven't seen my work yet head over to the Multimedia section right now! I mean it, go! What are you still doing here?

May 20, 2003 - I've been slacking again, but I have an excuse for some of the time. On April 20, 2003 Nathaniel James Lawrence Krieger entered the world at 2:09 pm, weighing 6 lbs 10 ounces. And has yet to let mommy get a good night's sleep. You can see pictures of the sweet pea over achiever on his own page, just check the menu bar at the top. Other then that tonight was the final episode of Buffy ever, a what a way to end it. If you haven't seen it and don't want to be spoiled stop reading now. Okay, Sunnydale is gone(cool), Anya is dead (sucks), Spike is dust in the wind (sucks, but at least he went out saving the world right), and there are a whole butt load of slayers out there now (wonder how that will affect Angel the series). Speaking of Angel, thank god they got rid of that whinny, annoying brat Conner, God I couldn't stand him. He gets a whole new life and family but still needs a haircut! Hopefully Cordy will be back next season, I missed her this year, and I mean all year seeing as it wasn't her at all really.
May 26, 2003 - Well, no more Buffy, so sad. And now it looks as if Charisma Carpenter won't be coming back to Angel, at least not as a regular. So very sad. In other news I have been contemplating doing a Buffy theme puzzle cache for Geocaching, it may or may not happen, I'll let you know. For those of you who don't know what geocaching is check it out at www.geocaching.com .

Mar 31 2003- Okay so my husband says I'm a slacker, and I have to agree. I had no idea it had been this long since I updated. Were in Oregon now Yippee! and I'm fat and pregnant and due in just about a month then there will be a another member of the Krieger clan to watch the shows. Speaking of which Buffy is going really well so far, I'm really enjoying how this season has picked up. Angel is getting interesting but I'm not liking the story line as much. I believe I saw a quote over at Stranger Things that summed it up pretty well, "Angel season four: If your not depressed your not watching it right." I just hope when it comes back next season (and I have no doubht that it will) that the story line will be much better.
